As always, before you do the Callrail audit, you should do a Secret shop test first.

Hey Hector,
So I got another piece of the puzzle. I didnt know you SShoped before auditing on Callrail. I guess my mind thinks totally weird. I would think auditing the client the first 2 months so they can see areas to improve(since they have access to the audited call notes?) and give them a chance to make corrections then 3rd month Sshop. Make reports and send to Chris. It seems like it would cut down the online training too especially at time of contract sign if whoever is doing the contract emphasizes the importance of callrail and its benefit to better assist in gaining more clients.
I'm probably totally off base here since Im still learning the ends and outs.

I apologize I did Alway Beautiful and Truth and Beauty Spa callrails first.

Lisa, good morning. 
The reason we secret shop them first before doing the callrail audit is a logical one. 
For one, it allows us to gauge how they respond to leads in real time. (remember, that is one of the reasons they hire us for; to bring them leads)
2nd, we can see if they are actually following up on the leads. 
3rd, we can see and hear how they treat the leads (when we call then directly in the 2nd phase of the secret shop).
4th, the bosses will have a better grasp of how their staff actually works under pressure.
There are several other reasons why doing it this works best. As you get more familiar with the process, it will become clearer to you.
