The Morpheus8 was for Alora and their ads just went live last week. Should I still go ahead and get those creatives updated? I will task out Hackensacks creatives to get updated in the meantime. Thanks!

What is it a gift card for?

Is it bad to change their promotion again since we just changed it to that a month ago?
|
|
| Emily |
Would it be better if we worded it more like this?

A cash card for what? Is it good for Emsculpt NEO only, or is it a pre-paid card I can use anywhere? Why can't it just be a discount package? It's too confusing

This is just incredibly confusing and not very attractive. If we want better performance, they need to adjust & clarify their offer.

I believe the issue with Emsculpt NEO performance on Meta Ads with this account is the offer on the landing page

Thanks Shane! great note!

Ok great, thanks Shane! I will reach out to them about switching up their promotion for this campaign

No one wants to do that if they're still in the process of research. This form looks more like a commitment to buy than a "limited-time coupon" you must get right now. I'm not surprised that users are not filling out this form.

The offer implies you must commit to buying something to get any sort of discount.

I made some changes to the campaigns that might improve results on META a bit. However, the Emsculpt NEO has a big problem on their landing page, which is their offer.

Update on Facebook access - I had a hard time on the zoom with Martin Joseph (Dr. Rosy Joseph's son who helps run the practice) getting our account approved. It is not as pressing we have this access since we will not be running any FB ads in this first round of campaigns. Martin is available for another zoom when we request it. He was most concerned with understanding how to look at and understand his Google ads account. I walked him through the different metrics. He asked a lot of questions around our sharing access to the google ads account with Shabu who runs tattoo removal. We are manages and Shabu is a "user" which he hoped wouldn't impeded Shabu's access in any way.
