- Where are my Emsculpt Neo leads? How are we doing with Facebook?
--Updated them on FB process, showed them great conversion rate on Google.

-Nicol *highly suggested* they start taking a card on file to avoid no-shows.

-Can the Medstar app do this? that?
--They set up their 2nd-week follow-up with Vania J, Medstar Vania and Jessica Marino, Digital Marketing Coordinator at Medstar Jessica for tomorrow, May 9th.
---They need to have tags on their leads by treatment type.
---Will need templates for 2nd attempt, 3rd attempt follow-up
---Advice on how to sell over the phone and how to do an effective follow-up. I gave them a few ideas but they're hungry for more because they have not converted one Neo lead yet. Gave them the solace that they will get more leads with FB but, Nicol's worried that they won't have an effective sales strategy when those leads come in.
---They're feeling like follow-ups will be "annoying" and need the confidence to know that's not true
---They're feeling iffy about the offers and want to change them but don't let them! LOL

-Nicol asked them about their sales strategy when calling leads.  Did a google search, their fillers market is very competitive and people need to hear pricing over the phone. Their injector, Gracie, doesn't want to give pricing over the phone but they're getting no-shows because of booking the consult without pricing. They also do not know what their materials cost is, their price margin on sales, etc.  Nicol gave them the homework to 1) secret shop their competitors 2) figure out their profit margin, costs, etc. 3) get Gracie on board with the sales strategy.
They need to decide on 1) price per syringe 2) price per unit botox 3) do they know what their cost per cycle is on NEO??
--Dr. Joseph suggested we change the offer on filler to $499 a syringe instead of 25% off. I dissuaded them b/c 1) give google a chance, we've not run these ads long enough yet, suggested is 4 months 2) your conversion rate is 11-12% and you've had 22 lead forms in the last 30 days, the ad is working 3) no need to race to the bottom. Make your final price $499 a syringe after the discount then increase your price without needing to change the offer as needed. "Don't give away the house".

-Big competitor doing well is Slate Med Spa, they're the standard to watch. They have their prices listed for hydrafacial. I suggested a potential micro-site conversion of their pages, adding a hydrafacial SEO unique content page.
