Client sent Whitney and email which she fwd to me so I could begin walking them through the process.

In order to verify your 


The verification is for your Google ads account -   Hartley & Wellness (133-173-6725) - is already past the begin date. I just went into your account and verified the first part. I have requested that a link be sent with instructions to you to begin the next step to this email shanda.d.hartley@gmail.com. 

You will need to provide Google Ads with the following documents:
1 - a photo ID (front and back) of the owner or person in charge of Google ads account =  Hartley & Wellness (133-173-6725) -

2 - W-9 form or - IRS verification letter (CP 575) which includes your EIN number. 

I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out.To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account at   shanda.d.hartley@gmail.com   where Google ads has sent instructions. 

You can start it and then send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting so that I can walk you through it to help you take care of it.
