I am wondering if this was exacerbated because of the problem they were having with their CC issue? Their Google ads went down on the 17th due to payment issues

I believe the client may need to appeal it or provide us with the information so we can then submit it... 

Chris, this account is showing the same thing that Medstar Clients account showed before it was also disabled

I gave it to Charmae. I saw the task to Isaac. Will see what Isaac says if he gets to it first. I tested the GFs and also the Pop-up. I too discovered the same issue with the pop-up. 

This still has not been fixed. I am moving this to a task on BC3 for Isaac.
