Dr. Y has ring central, fresha, and highlevel
Patients are filling out forms twice.
We can not use the same number for high-level as they do for ring central.
doc wants one service for everything. He's going to see if ring central can do that because HL cant.
Fresha can do a "consultation form" that can be converted to be a covid form. Can also use "vouchers" to create a way to charge a $100 deposit for appts longer than an hour.
Chris is going to visit them in office next week.
Dr seems inclined to keep all three platforms for the 3 different purposes.
