 that's just the name of the ad, it isn't outward facing. These were the new videos they requested we launch. It's typical to have a number of rejections the first time through. I always have to appeal them. All ads in Hesperia are already approved. 

Health First sent an email with these rejected ads. Also, Hesperia is spelled wrong in the title of the 2nd one and I wanted to make sure that's not showing somewhere on ads.

Can we please audit all ads for serving criteria. I have never been served my own ads as in the last few months.it has also increased exponentially since the first. Also what is the setting for retargeting and what is that set at. We should not be serving to males. Also what is the age range that we have set to confirm that the geo is according to our zip codes.  I know a bunch of ads were approved around the first. So I want to verify just because I’ve never been served my own ads until about  the first of jan.

this client has a pharma certificate for Semaglutie, Ozempic, and Wegovy. However, the Semaglutide campaign won’t be run on Google, it will run on META.

To clarify, we still need creatives and a URL without “semaglutide” "Ozempic" & "wegovy" don't we? We already have that URL https://healthfirstweightcontrol.com/wl/  because this came up last year - I know Meta gets flagged differently from Google. I was under the impression that no matter what on META we need clean creatives, URL, and copy despite if the client has a pharma cert.

This is the exact same issue that well necessity is giving us. It says the account needs to be confirmed, but gives no option to confirm it. Something is going on with meta, I have no idea what it is. I am working on it.

every time I went to "confirm account" it would have a drop down with ad accounts to select to confirm but none of them are health first and I cant type it in manually

Google ads are off for this client due to payment issue. They owe more than 3K. I made five $500 payments but the 6th did not go through. i sent client an email letting them know

this client wants to compete with their competitor by using their keywords- its a new spa.  probably doesn't get traction at all. I remember you telling us - if it's not searched enough, it's not worth buying keywords for. true in this case?

 I believe you asked about reallocating the budget.  If we take money from Redlands and add to Hesperia, it will likely raise the CPA of the later. However, the gap between the two is vast so it may still be a net gain.  I'm up for changing it up if client is ok with reallocating.
