Meeting with Will Schuller

Will says he has gotten more leads than in the last few years combined.
SEO- Jennifer still doing it. Will wants to move away. Not very happy with the service she provides.
WZ remarked that the website was mainly PDFs and confused when she said it was "ranking well"
She outsourced that website to a student, she didn't build it.
Notes for Website Edits Needed:
1) Top left "Health First Medical" in the header, has to change. That's an old name of theirs. Change everything to "Health First Medical Weight Loss & Skincare".
2) On main page, Payment Authorization. Form has been taken down. Words must be removed as well.
3) On top in header, differentiate which phone number is for which location.
4) Top Right- social media icons. Remove FB. Increase the size and visibility of IG icon.
Whitney advised against it. Stated it was distracting from goal of converting. Dr said he has a high conversion rate leading from IG and wants to build from that.
DR asked to "meet in the middle". WZ "willing to compromise".
WZ also asked him to keep the FB icon on there. Dr counters that his price point bridges demographics.
5) "Download October Specials" change to "November Specials"
WZ wants to switch from PDF to a graphic. Dr ok with that.
WZ wants to create a Specials Page with a gravity form. Dr. agrees. Asks to make sure disclaimer is on there.
WZ asked to set up a CS leads training with the staff.
Dr needs to know which location leads are inquiring about. One location is less busy than the other...WZ suggested creating a duplicate landing page.
NEED: Dropdown menu in gravity forms. Issac to add "preferred location- Hesperia or Redlands" on all forms and the client's choice noted in leadsheet.
