A few thoughts 1) When I went to the site it took 15 seconds to load. If that's the case, it's a conversion death sentence. 2 ) Phone number doesn't show on mobile devices. 3 ) Lead form took about 5 seconds to submit. That's an eternity on mobile devices.

can you give me some insight to chris' question, they are opening up new locations: Whitney - Inna is only going to use one Facebook business page and one Instagram account. They will remain the same as they are now. Please find out how she could create multiple locations geo tags in Instagram / Facebook without creating another account. For example, Skinney only has one FB/Insta but they have multiple locations which they can tag.

Not really sure what is going on with this client's website, but conversions have slowed to a crawl. They have a type of call-tracking active that makes it difficult for me to track from our campaigns. It also looks like they prefer to push users to the Schedule Appt section vs Submit a Lead.  I tried to submit the lead form and it was VERY slow to get to the confirmation page. Something we need to look into as I'm sure this client will complain very soon.

 This client is making changes to their campaigns that are highly destructive. They continue to ignore our advice, have made numerous "improvement" requests that make no sense, and are competing with an offer that is significantly lower than that of all their competition. I cannot possibly be successful with this account given all this.  I have paused all of our campaigns until it can be discussed with them.

 Can you also check with client as to how many leads they think they're getting from Facebook? I warned Chris about this from the beginning, but if they're only looking at the lead sheet that is a recipe for poor decision making. In Facebook both calls and leads are set as conversions. They have no way to tell which calls came from Facebook, so they could be severely underestimating how much value they're getting from the platform.

They say either "wrong number" or cant afford it. I just set them up with automatic texting- that might help, but we might want to move budget away from FB and put towards google. they said they haven't converted one lead

How are they defining a bad lead? We're targeting Women ages 25-64, within 10 miles of their office, with top 50% income. There's also getting leads for $19. I would be curious if it costs more or less to get one patient to the office versus Google. The number of leads and cost / lead is almost irrelevant in that location.

3rd - CallTrackingMetrics is terrible. It won't import conversions back into Google and it won't let me use Google's call tracking. So i have no ability to see any calls.

They did something. Leads are down 74% last 14 days versus the 14 days prior. Conv rate is also down 72%. That doesn't happen unless someone broke something.
