Can you change the smart lipo image to another one that has a gray background?
If you can't find one use the one that is currently there but replace background in canva.
 I like when these images have the same color background (check out this site that was made using this template: https://go.dermsc.com/. Also let's change botox photo to the photo below and use the current botox photo for dermal fillers (because the dermal fillers photo is too sexy for this site which we're trying to make more natural, normal photos)

The bottom gravity form photo doesn't look good because the background is a dark gray that doesn't look good wiht green so let's change it to this one that is more simple/colorless.

Hopefully, you'll be able to use hero photos for the service pages that have already been resized but have more simple backgrounds.
