Following issue with PRP and platelets on site and ads being dissapproved, I went ahead and checked for indexing. 
Saw site had extra properties being indexed. Selected only pages, post and authors, save.. 
Added site to Google search console, submitted and verified. 
Resubmitted sitemap_index.xml to Google. 
We should be good to go in a few days.
