Since I received no type of contact from them, I will perform another secret shop again to make certain.

These people actually get a pass. I noticed that their lead sheet was not sent to them when this was done. I sent it to them this morning and received an email. But the email was just an image, no hello, very impersonal. 
Will secret shop them again on Thursday to see.
