Although I have added the above email in notification settings for all GFs. It's recommend to use two separate emails associated the the domain name. One for "FROM" and another one for "TO" field to make sure the email get delivers right in clients/customers inbox.
Recently some of our clients have sent us an email complaining that lead notification emails are going in their SPAM due to which they are missing the leads.
Above is the reason for that.
Maybe while sending a copy of the leadsheet. We should include a note for above to client and also moving forward always include this note while asking for notification email.
