Added above code. Have also removed the duplicated GA tag from the site. But for some reason above GTM code is not getting fired up as per Google assistant extension. It's showing below error for it.

"HTTP response code indicates tag failed to fire: Status 404. This could be due to an empty or un-published container".

Please check on your end and let me know if this is getting caused due to some misconfig in Google search console or want me to look further into it on my end. Thanks.

Whitney - it appears we are still having problems - check GTM on your end to make sure the tag is set up 

We have two Google Site Tag codes one of them is incorrect
