Ohh, good grief, my bad. 
I just noticed that I put the concierge URL Page one up top. 
I was doing several secret shops at the same time. 
But it is correct on my end since the entry went through. 

No worries Hector I figured that's what happened. LMK how it goes 

None of these people called me back. NONE. 
I performed about 4 secret shops and none called me. No emails, no text messages. 
I am not sure if it was a fluke. 
Wondering if we should give them another try just to make sure. 
And for you and Chris to let them have it afterwards if it happens again. 

and I thought my babysitting days were over. lol.

Ok. Let's make sure it's nothing on our part that is broken- lead sheets are being updated, proper emails are being notified ( sometimes they go to mediapong) , pop-ups are working. And then LMK via individual client to-do's  Let's level up & get clients on high-level.  thanks super H

I sent Maurice the please confirm leads not going to spam email and he replied yes.
I sent them a copy of their lead sheet 6 days ago. But they have not responded to it.

I spoke to him and he is too busy for a front desk training for a while. So I'll just send them smoke signals lol

I have not secret shopped them again.
However, if you look at their leadsheet, you can see they have received 5 new leads since my test.
Coincidentally, I see one person who contacted them twice already. That likely means they have NOT called him back.
Chris , we keep getting them leads but they are not responding to them. This is disturbing.
