No worries Alyssa. Apparently someone beat us to it.
Anytime the address is changed on a GMB, it's a tricky issue. Google sometimes suspends the account if there is another business already claimed at that address. In any event, we need to follow up with the client to see if they received the postcard from Google with the code.
