You did wonderful with leading the conversation with a personable approach to the treatment. This is extremely beneficial as it establishes a sense that the clinic is a warm and welcoming place and that the treatment will be a positive experience. Great work!

We recommend contacting a lead 3x in the first week with a direct phone call, as this is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient. Unfortunately, we only received 1 phone call from you. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week. 

Automated text messages and replying to any texts received from the lead is also a part of our follow up protocol. We received 3 texts from you and you responded to our textsl. This is excellent!
 
The salesperson that answered our call was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. When asked about pricing, we recommend quoting the cost of the lowest priced applicator and then mentioning that an accurate price can be given when they are assessed during their complimentary consultation.

We recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week with direct phone calls.

Ahhh you know what I did I saved it in the "drive" in support. I just created an actual draft in the drafts folder!
