Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac a lot of our sites have this. Are all of them running into this problem, or is it just the way they were uploaded? Should the images compressed into html5 video format solve this?

For good page speed they should be resized and compressed but we can keep them in the same format.

For good page speed + google google psi score they should also be converted to html5 video format.
