As per our email, Chris has made some targeting updates for this client. Below are the details. 

Shane, 
I had to update the targeting on Invigorate on Botox and Dermal Fillers. 18-55 was selected and all sexes. She mentioned that one of the things she was disappointed with was another agency that was serving ads to men when her patient base is nearly entirely female, So I updated it as I did not want to bug on your vacation.  I hope it does not cause issues. Would it be helpful if I made an ideal demo sheet for your team?
