Chris - While working on above. I noticed some of the GFs are connected the the wrong confirmation pages. We didn't setup these services pages or GFs on our end.

Only EMSCULPT service page and GF is properly configured on this website. Are we only managing this service for this client?

I see that we once did PRP Hair restoration for them. 
Also Smart Lipo and Tattoo removal and Emsculpt. 
Those should be added to their lead sheet. 
Since this is an older client, Chris would need to confirm other changes. 

Isaac , Chris just confirmed that you please make sure that they match with the right website and right confirmation page. 
They need to follow the same confirmation format. Or else it will mess up conversion tracking.
