Just got a heads up from UptimeRobot that the SSL certificate for islandlaser.com will be expiring after 1 days (on 2020-01-12).
Not sure which one of you guys can take care of this or if client will.

Reopening this to follow up.
I am seeing that this site is down sue to the SSL certificate. Has been down for about 19 hours now.
I sent the client an email 2 days ago but they never responded.
Not sure if you want to reach out to them directly or what.
Please let me know. Thanks.
