-WZ told her that she will fix zenoti links but after this, she stated she needs to bill them for any web work since contract doesn't mention that we do any web development for her.
-Jessica said " or she needs to find a new company that will do this for her"
-WZ told her we will do any website edits under 15 mins worth of work
-Jessica says she paid us 5k for the website and 1500 a month since August and that in "good faith" the deep links should've been there since the beginning.
-WZ reminded her we spent 1k getting malware off her site and we didn't change her for that.
-she really wants the websites combined into one to maintain. OR asked if we would "fire us as a client because it's not worth it"
-WZ described SEO package, and told her it would be like an a la carte service option for her. Told her to create a specials graphic it would be $200
-shes says she's "paying for but we've never used" which is the secret shop service. WZ said we need a contact at the front desk so we could do this for them. Jessica said going forward Lencey is the person.
-Jessica keeps reiterating that she is not making any money. That she is spending 1500 a month with us but not making any profit. That she's in the hole 10-15k with what she's been spending on our services but not making any profit from the leads we generate for her. She says the leads she has are not "true leads" they're already a client of hers, just going from the salon to the spa.
