I tried to login with these credentials to confirm. But got an error.

Can you please confirm with them if the credentials that they have shared are correct?

I have verified the Godaddy account. It is working.
Cannot verify other logins since it is saying too many attempts.
Have to wait.

I did try login ON BOTH domains. They did not work on either of them.

Please ask them to instead provide us with FULL ADMIN access + either Cpanel or SFTP access.

These SFTP credentials are not working.

FTP access is reaching a bit outside of my scope of expertise. I sent over the GoDaddy login earlier, and here is our admin login for Wordpress:
