         COMPLIMENTARY GROUP INTEGRATION & PROCESSING VIRTUAL SESSION 

We invite you to our complimentary, virtual group integration session held every Tuesday from 5:45 PM - 6:15 PM over Zoom. If you would like to join, we would love to see you! We welcome all new or returning clients! Cameras and microphones are optional. Please be aware that other patients joining the session will be able to see your display name.

This session is facilitated by our trauma-informed integration and life coach, Ali. She will be sharing some skills to help you integrate what has come up during your sessions, and can also assist with any questions you may have. Please come prepared with something to write on (journal, notebook, etc).

Hello, Nicol . I'm sorry. I saw that the blurb is nearly identical to the original introduction, yet while I didn't delete it, I did hide it to ensure that if I were ever mistaken, I would add it back. And certainly, I made a terrible mistake. I'm sorry again :(

Charmae , would it help if I created videos that walked through the task? I use writting and screenshots with notes but I can create videos if it will help to lessen the miscommunication that is naturally created with our virtual distance. What do you thinkg?
