They have a different name on their GMB page -  Therapeutic Alternatives
That is likely going to cause some issues.
I went ahead and published the page on their GMB to see if that helps with Indexing.
I will follow up with Bright Local and adding them to Ahrefs as well.

We really need to reconsider the name Therapeutic Alternatives
There is another company named liked that which has awful ratings. 
Try searching Therapeutic Alternatives on Google to see. 
There are a few results for other sites as well. 
I will wait for your response before purchasing the citations. 
I did some other work on their GMB to see if that would help. 

what about k therapy slc? would they have to buy that business name? 

Whitney, I don't think they need to purchase that name unless they want to patent something. They already own the domain so that is good.

On the k therapy slc name, I think that since the site is named that way, we should also name their GMB k therapy slc. 
Good news is that they are indexed on Google under that name already. 

I went ahead and updated their name on Google ads to
K Therapy SLC - Therapeutic Alternatives

Also purchased Citations for them.
