Bright Local is synchronized with Google my business. This is the name on Google my business. Changing the name now would need to be done on Both GMB and then updated on Bright local.

What's the risk of changing the GMB Hector  ?

We don't run high risks of changing GMB name since we do not have to worry about doing any 301s. Our main issue is with Bright Local which we may need to be update.
However, if you and the client feel that changing the name to
