Melissa remember how you said their name should be consistent throughout?

on gmb their name is ketamine therapy slc- therapeutic alternatives

but on their website it will say ketamine therapy at therapeutic alternatives

( we have to leave SLC out of their website because they are expanding to vegas, st George, park city - possibly more)

what should we do? I am thinking long-term here. 

Also *with the goal of expanding" - should we buy a general domain and re-route it to ktherapyslc.com ? I wish I didn't buy the "slc" part but in some ways I'm sure it helped us.

I was going to mention that to you but I wanted to know more about why you were doing this. 
Of course keeping the same name all around is always best, not just for SEO, but other reasons. Different name changes in properties can lead to people thinking it is another provider or site. 
BTW, I found another site with a similar name -

If you are planning on expanding, then you should consider buying another domain that is generic for all locations, not just Salt Lake City...

this site is so beautiful. I wonder if it would do well in other markets -

kind of like when skinney bought a few other locations across the country as well
