- Yes, it's because the campaign only stops when a lead replies back directly to the Highlevel Phone number. If the leads confirm the consultation or reply back outside highlevel the campaign will continue sending the follow-up text. In this case, the client will have to manually remove the lead from the campaign.

I have now set up a trigger in their account that will automatically remove the lead from all campaigns when it's moved to the "Connected" stage in the pipeline.
Let me know if moving forward we need to set up this trigger for all clients?

we defientely want to keep the lead in the pipeline in case they are "sold"
I thought "connected" or any other stages of the pipeline meant they wouldn't get texted again?
