We only received 1 phone call from you. Contacting a lead with a direct phone call at least three times in the first week is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient.
Unfortunately the lead was moved into the “in conversations” stage before the lead had been connected with. This means that we did not receive any of the automated text messages that are supposed to go out to leads.
We attempted to place a recorded call on 1/17/23 but what seemed to be the provider answered and said I would have to schedule a time to ask questions as she was too busy. I scheduled a call for 1/19/23 at 1pm EST and received a call promptly at 1pm EST. The provider was very friendly, professional, and friendly.
This is typically not the best way to first connect with leads. When connecting for the first time with a lead this is not the recommended sequence.
