Stephanie Abeyta

Stephanie graduated with her B.S. in Psychology in 2018 then completed her Master's in Social Work through Boise State University in 2021. She gained experience working at EIRMC's inpatient psychiatric unit in Idaho facilitating group therapy and working one on one with individuals facing mental health crises. 

After moving to Utah, Stephanie shifted to outpatient individual therapy with a focus on trauma. She utilizes EMDR, CBT, IFS, and SFT to help clients heal and function more fully in their lives. Stephanie has several years of experience offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and has personally experienced healing and positive benefits from KAP.  

Stephanie offers a therapeutic ketamine experience centered in empathy, emotional safety, and respect. She views each person she works with through a non-judgmental lens. Stephanie utilizes trauma informed care to support and guide clients through emotions, memories, and thoughts that may arise throughout the ketamine treatment. Her goal is to help you process and heal so you can function and feel better in daily life.
