sorry I think we are disconnected on this part .. there is no confirmation page yet, we are still building the site, we are still using lorem ipsum texts everywhere and I'm planning to duplicate them and make as Thank you page when atleast its almost done

- Not yet. The team is still working on the pages. Once we have all the pages ready. Hanna will set up the thank you page and add them to the form and only after that the forms will be ready.
