Went ahead and contacted Bright Local support to discuss the option of buying more citations for this client. Was provided reporting on the ones available, cost and so on. I went forward and purchased 2nd set of citations for this client, selecting the ones I thought would be most beneficial with the highest domain authority.

That FB is what was pulled from the Bright Local citation research. But if you click on it, you will see it is blocked. Even if that FB belongs to CRMC, they need to fix it. 
I will have Bright Local omit FB page then; for now.
