Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac can you check whats going on with the Ketamine leads? I am concerned things aren't accurately converting. But it could just be phone/carrier settings because it is a 30007 Error.  Even after I refreshed to make the message send, I didn't receive the text -

I tried to submit a test with my number as well, but I never got that either...Can my test be deleted to not lead the client on? I should have thought about that...I want to call them. I will try making a fake phone number and see if that works.

Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa - It seems for some reason in the first attempt the SMS got filtered by your carrier and in the second attempt got completely blocked.

Below are the possible causes for error 30007 as per the Twilio docs. Most probably in our case. It's the second reason or else Whitney wouldn't have received the sms either.

  • Your message was identified as spam or unwanted messaging by Twilio's message filtering system
  • Your message was flagged as objectionable and blocked by a wireless carrier
