It appears I was right about the fact that GMB reviews was the only way to get Google to recognize and add this client to search. 
In any case, I am not sure I understand what you want done here. 
Submit blogs to console?

Well Google knows they have to listen to reviews since that is what people use to decide on services. 
I will add them to Google search console, resubmit site map XML files.
