Their social indicators are lacking. They only have seven reviews. Much of what I am reading lately advocates for improving rank on google reviews. They need more reviews. A lot more.

Domain authority is 3. That is super low. This takes time to build.

Lastly, I would recommend a "Ketamine Therapy" page that all the other pages and blogs can link to. I noticed that the articles and pages are linking off site to their CRMC website. This is no good.

Kamie this month, instead of blogs Make a service page with Keyword "Ketamine Therapy". Each month lets add about 500 words to this service page. Count the 500 words as one of the blogs. Within a few months we'll have a really good page with a lot of content. This should help them rank better.

As  Melissa mentioned, SEO takes time. The days of ranking first on Google after a week of work are long gone. Ever since Google noticed people were selling their #1 spots, they began selling ads on Google and changed everything. 
I have been doing social media posting for them and other things but we still need more links juices. And as I mentioned yesterday, we need more helpful articles. 
Also, we need Ketamine therapy page as well.
