I am trying to discern what it is you are trying to convey here.
Do you mean you would like me to create a GMB for them? You say GTM in your task description. But you mention GMB in the notes. 
Second, if it is a GMB, do you mean for Great neck?

Went ahead and created a new 2nd Google My Business page for client {Ketamine Wellness NY - ketaminewellnessny.com -}. Named it "Drip Gym". Used website - www.ketaminewellnessny.com/ and address - 45 Middle Neck Rd Great Neck, Suite 220, NY 11021-220 -. Added all the pertinent criteria and information, requested postcard so GMB could be verified. Updated tasks and client spreadsheet with new info, provided access to support to connect it our accounts.

Other than some minor confusion, there isn't any real harm that I can tell.
Concierge has about 5 GMB's named Concierge Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery
for their 5 different locations. 

Once we verify it, I can change the name.
