Okay so their score now is at 98.. which is almost perfect,
What have we done for them?
We added them to Bright local,
where we have set up citation tracking logistics - check to make sure they are listed properly in all directories.
Citation builder - purchasing more citations so they could be added to 25 more top directories.
Reputation manager - Keep an eye on their overall reviews, score and other issues.
Local search audit - to see how they are ranking.
and a few other campaigns to help with SEO.

There are also back links we are adding to link them to high ranking sites to link back to their site

that's so awesome! Thanks for listing all that lol. There was the domain rating score we were looking at last CAG though. I think it was 4.2? Weren't we trying to get them to 5?

Not sure what 4.2 score is. That is generally a Review score but theirs is 5.0 so that is not it. I will check the notes to see.
