Hi Tara,
We cannot send it as JPEG as it is multiple pages. It is only 2 MB we have
uploaded up to 20 MB. Can you send us a screenshot? It should work. I
compressed it down to 1.4 MB which is smaller than your average iPhone
image so it should be good to go. If I compress it more they will not be
able to read it.
