I noticed that while I was trying to figure out a way to use a phone number to verify the account, someone created another email for this client.
However, they never put that information here nor did they assign themselves this task.
Please make sure to remind Julian or Vania to do this before they begin working on something. That way, we won't have 2 people working on the same thing.

and yes it was julian and vania's fault since they weren't here LOL

LOL.. I actually did check it.. and it was still blank. The problem was when I went to create it, Google was asking me for a verification code. So I spent sometime with Twilio, playing around with it trying to see if the number we purchased there, could be used to verify the gmail accounts. Opened task here for Isaac, then contacted Twilio support. Found out that Google uses SHORT CODE to send text and Twilio does not. 
Used another phone number, verified account then went to fill spreadsheet!!! Thought I was under the wrong client!!!!! Lol . 
In any case, thanks.. I just created their GA account now.

I think you misunderstood me. I was referring to the generic gmail address. 
I did not create a Google ads, only the generic gmail Whitney.. I was trying to rush to push the GTM and Google Analytics accounts fwd.
