I couldn't make changes without altering the font and I didn't want to mess anything up.

Suggestion:
The grey font is a bit difficult on the eyes. Especially for older readers. The area of Trinity FL has an average age of 44 and annual income of 93k. Which leads me to believe the general population of site visitors will be older. I would edit the text to be a bit larger and darker in color to cater to the demographics.
