Can you let me Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  know if you have any record of us running Facebook campaigns for this client. I could not find any in basecamp or on Facebook but I swear we tested some Emsculpt or CoolSculpting ads perhaps I am confusing with other client?

Yes, I was going to say that I did find an email conversation where said to the  the doctor  "What are your thoughts on trying to promote them via Facebook? "
The doc replied " I think that’s a great idea."
But we did not carry it out. All you sent to me and Shane was for us to PAUSE  Emsculpt and Coolsculpting on Google Ads until Jan 1.

No worries, it is bound to happen when you yourself have hundreds of different clients to keep in mind. Not easy to do what you do and not have something be missed. 
In any case, I will try to do a better job of keeping an eye out for your missed emails.
