I notice that this client  Laser & Cosmetic Surgery Specialists, has 2 GMB's. However, the one that we have access to - https://business.google.com/u/1/dashboard/l/17680704262994760982
is considered a DUPLICATE. We need access to the other original location. 
Would you like me to contact the client myself or is this something either of you would like to handle?

No problem. I will take care of this today by letting them know about it and requesting access to their main GMB. 
Let's just hope they have complete access of the other one and it doesn't happen like CRMC right now. They have a GMB account for which they do not have complete control of. I am trying to find a way of getting Google to transfer full control to them. That in itself is an arduous task since you know how slow Google is to respond.

Have been going over this issue with both clients in email conversations. 
Already secured access to Laser & Cosmetic Surgery Specialists, PC
Also, contacted Google and asked for claim rights to Dr. Moran's original site. Waiting for 3 day response time. At which we will either have access or be given ownership of GMB page.
