Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - why does it say 3rd treatment Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae  please remove the 25% Off your third treatment. I guess their team put that on there, I find it odd lets remove it from our popup

I don't think it was in the initial pop up unless it was Jonnamae that added it. 
Perhaps she thought that third treatment deal on the side form should be added to popup right J?
