-Leadsheet has not been filled out in a long while. WZ addressed the need for notes regarding lead contact.
-They are giving pricing over texts that's much too high. Killing lead potential.
-Brittany said they don't have payment plans via text to a lead. They do actually have financing.
-WZ created a lead nurturing sheet for them to hold staff accountable. Explained to them how to fill it out and report weekly to Doctor.
-When they make the transition from Alex to an in-house social media person, WZ reminded them that they have social media graphics we created for them.
-Reminded them we still have emails we can create for them since they prepaid
-they feel they are not reaching the people in the affluent zip codes they are located in. Asked about using social media influencers. WZ asked and emailed them to send us zip codes they want targeted.
