We have another winner of the Google ads circumvent policy violation.
Their account is now suspended because the account violated the Circumventing systems policy.
I have sent the client an email to find out about the payment issue.
I have been communicating with this client all morning long. It appears that the previous marketing company has a Google ads account set up for them and using the same CC. They have removed it now. Do you want to file an appeal or would you like me to do so?
In addition, do you think that they - the other MKT company - having the other account can be a reason to keep the account suspended? I think we had that issue with Spitale..
Shane, I have sent client an email to see if they can provide another payment method to use.
I need your input and help on this. We need to make sure that there isn't anything we are doing on our end to cause this. The client said they had their old marketing team remove the CC. But the appeal was denied. Worse yet, they are saying that they will not be reactivating the account. Is there anything we can do to get around this?
I just finished speaking to the client again and they are wondering what is happening.

Could it be that this client did something in the past against Google ads and now they are being blackballed?
I would like to provide her with some solid evidence to show that it is not our fault. Otherwise, she may cancel services -
Client's previous marketing firm still had CC - same one given to us - on their Google ads account.
They said they removed it. I then filed an appeal but it was denied saying the account was still under violation of circumventing the policy.

No problem! Can you keep me posted on what happens with Google? We actually have a similar problem with a client on our end and want to see if this one is resolved quickly by Google.
What do you suggest I tell the client now Chris?
I am going to try and contact Google support but I know they will NOT tell me what the actual violation is. I will give it a try though.

Actually, I have not contacted Google at all since this is so touchy and I wanted to wait to see what we found out first. Also, I would rather you handle it or let me know what to do since this is your domain of expertise.
I have looked for information about this outside of Google as to not bring any attention to the matter.

If you are referring to LE Reve then that is awesome news. I have called the client trying to get a new one from them now. I will let you know once that happens.
This client has a new Google ads account as you know. We need to verify it so I sent the client an email. However, he just sent me the same documents I believe we used for their other account. Don't you think that may cause it to go down?
Guess what? I went ahead and managed to verify this client's new Google ads account. I had to change the name to match the documents though -
