We have another winner of the Google ads circumvent policy violation. 
Their account is now suspended because the account violated the Circumventing systems policy.
I have sent the client an email to find out about the payment issue.

I have been communicating with this client all morning long. It appears that the previous marketing company has a Google ads account set up for them and using the same CC. They have removed it now. Do you want to file an appeal or would you like me to do so?
In addition, do you think that they - the other MKT company - having the other account can be a reason to keep the account suspended? I think we had that issue with Spitale..

If the other account got suspended, then definitely yes. Otherwise it's just odd. Can you do the appeal please?

OKay so I have heard back from the Google ads team and it does not look good. The account is still under violation so they will NOT be lifting the suspension.
Shane, I have sent client an email to see if they can provide another payment method to use.

I need your input and help on this. We need to make sure that there isn't anything we are doing on our end to cause this. The client said they had their old marketing team remove the CC. But the appeal was denied. Worse yet, they are saying that they will not be reactivating the account. Is there anything we can do to get around this?
I just finished speaking to the client again and they are wondering what is happening. 
Can you please let me know your thoughts?

It's highly likely the other agency did something with their ad account that triggered a suspension though.

I said that to the client but they often do not want to accept that.
I would like to provide her with some solid evidence to show that it is not our fault. Otherwise, she may cancel services - Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris - I need your input on this...

Okay so we updated a new credit card correct, it's not the landing page? What do you suggest we do? What can we do?

Chris, good morning.
Client's previous marketing firm still had CC - same one given to us - on their Google ads account.
They said they removed it. I then filed an appeal but it was denied saying the account was still under violation of circumventing the policy.

 No problem! Can you keep me posted on what happens with Google? We actually have a similar problem with a client on our end and want to see if this one is resolved quickly by Google.

What do you suggest I tell the client now Chris?
I am going to try and contact Google support but I know they will NOT tell me what the actual violation is. I will give it a try though.

Hey Hector, let's coordinate. If we're both requesting info from Google it's likely that it will take longer to get resolved. I really just need to know from them what it is they think we're doing. They have provided no context or path to remedy the situation. Do you want to take the lead on working with Google?

Actually, I have not contacted Google at all since this is so touchy and I wanted to wait to see what we found out first. Also, I would rather you handle it or let me know what to do since this is your domain of expertise. 
I have looked for information about this outside of Google as to not bring any attention to the matter. 
Please let me know how you would like to move forward.

If you are referring to LE Reve then that is awesome news. I have called the client trying to get a new one from them now. I will let you know once that happens.

Well let's hope not.. We need to get these accounts back up and running. But I have a feeling some of these clients are going to wait.. kick the can down all the way until January.. then they will want ads running..

This client has a new Google ads account as you know. We need to verify it so I sent the client an email. However, he just sent me the same documents I believe we used for their other account. Don't you think that may cause it to go down?

I have no idea. That's not really one of the pitfalls we've hit yet.

Guess what? I went ahead and managed to verify this client's new Google ads account. I had to change the name to match the documents though -
It is now  Hani K Zaki MD Inc (164-628-9074)
We can always update it later.
