Hector  - I do one thing or another because sometimes there happen that confirmation page redirects to the main service page and the easiest way to avoid it is to change the confirmation page permalink

Hector , I agree with Kristabel. But from now on, if that happens we will contact Isaac.

I totally understand you guys are doing what you can when the situation calls for it. However, doing them this way is causing conversion tracking problems for Shane and us. From now on, if you are going to do this, please follow up in the Campaign set up page or with me. Tag me so I can notify Shane to be aware.

Isaac - if this is a time-consuming task for you, please ignore my message above, we can't just pull you out of your own tasks every time this happens. We will just change the URLS of the confirmation pages.

Hector  - please be advised. I will let you know once I am done.

Kristabel - Yes, it's a time-consuming task on websites that have many service pages like this one.

Moving forward on all the future client websites. Let make this a habit of not having the exact same slug on the confirmation URL as on its respective service page.

You can use /c/coolsculpting-treatment

or for the pages that have the service page URL as /coolsculpting-chicago/ or /coolsculpting-location-name/

You can just use  /c/coolsculpting on the confirmation page.

Thanks for breaking it down Isaac . We will do that next time. In this case, since there are a lot of pages, for the sake of uniformity I just put -ty to the URLs

Thank you for taking the time to explain this to the team.
As I stated above, we would like to keep all the confirmation pages in /c/ format whenever possible.
It helps us with conversion tracking as the other ones cause issues later on.
