Went ahead and searched the web for client's {Lifestyle Change Trends - www.lifestylechangenj.com} GMB page for the {https://www.lifestylechangenj.com} site. Found it listed under name {Lifestyle Change Trends} for the - 200 Perrine Rd STE 229, Old Bridge, NJ 08857 - location and under the following phone number - (732) 379-0009. Used our Support account to send a backdoor request. Sent a backdoor request and updated task to wait for GMB linking confirmation from client.

Followed up on Google My Business Back door request sent to client {Lifestyle Change Trends - www.lifestylechangenj.com} for their GMB {Lifestyle Change Trends}.- and found that access was NOT accepted. It appears client does not have or loss access to it. We now have access to it but need to verify it.

I was going to call this number to see if I can get this GMB verified for them. However, I am seeing on their site that they only open 2 days a week?
How can do any business that way? Tuesday and Saturday?

Hector  They have two locations! So they split up time between both locations. I am meeting with them today. Do you need me to get anything from them regarding this?

Em, I need to know if that phone number -  (732) 379-0009 - accepts text messages. (I hardly doubt it since it may be automated)
If it does, I need the code message from Google to verify the account. If not, then I will need to call to have Google call them and provide the code, they write it down, and give it to me.

Hector  that number does not receive texts. Are you able to do the verification call on Tuesday anytime between 11-3? 

I will add a reminder for myself to call them tomorrow between that time to see I can get the account verified.

Went ahead and called the office, let the person who picked up know I was calling about the GMB verification. I then requested code from Google ads, called back, got the code, verified the GMB.,

Emily can you please let me know which email the client would like me to add to this GMB so they can have access and update the info?
By the way, it says they are closed today which is not accurate.
