I just doubled checked this and I am seeing that you DID NOT turn off the Emsculpt NEO Facebook ads for this client yet.... Any idea why you closed this without doing so?

Shane please get the emsculpt neo ads paused asap. the client was super close to canceling since he can barely afford to pay for the ads but we managed to save him. He will get very upset if he notices he is still getting charged for this campaign which I for sure wanna avoid 

Only the Semaglutide ad campaign should be running

Hector  that's a good question. I have on my notes for this client that I paused it on 1/3, but it's clearly not paused. I must have paused NEO in another account, which will be fun to figure out what account that was. I'll work on it. 

Shane  oh no! i'll double-check all of my clients who have an emsculpt neo campaign on meta and let you know if I find one that's paused and isn't suppose to be 

Thanks Emily  I'm not sure that's what happened, but it's possible. 

That's not good. I will need to go down the list of all clients running Emsculpt NEO to make sure that the wrong one was not turned off. 
I will keep you posted.

Thanks Emily - If I turned it off by mistake, it will likely have already been caught and resolved. I keep pretty detailed records and Hector  is a taskmaster
