Shane Quast, Medstar Shane this client's Facebook account Lifestyle Change Trends 3026825377446426 has been disabled because of suspicious activity.
It seems that the CCs on file - all 3 - need to be verified.
However, it is taking us to the appeal page which Chris says leads to now where land.
Can you please look into it when you get a chance to see if you can take care of it?

also I think it was flagged because he accidentally marked his last payment as fraud

That is a HUGE NO NO!!! 
This kind of thing infuriates Facebook. 
That explains why all CCs on file now need to be verified.
They hate chargebacks. Especially when they are not in the wrong.

Emily, since he challenged the last charges, he will now need to verify all payment methods on his account. Facebook is now covering itself to make sure that they are not held liable for any charges. 
Once you send us all of his CC statements, I will provide them to Shane so he can proceed.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  i followed up with him again today and he is going to get me those statements by tonight. they canceled the card that he marked the payment method as fraud under so he is waiting for the new card to come in. once I have that we will update the default payment method to that
