Please see the screenshot below of the call reporting in this client's GHL.

It is reporting that there has only been 1 inbound call but when going through each individual leads conversation I counted a total of 12 inbound calls. Therefore, the call reporting is not tracking properly.

Update - Still waiting for their support team reply.
I have been following up with them every week but still no luck. They keep saying their dev team is looking into it. I am attaching screenshot of their most recent reply from them from 4 days ago.
Are we seeing this same issue in any other client's sub-account?
